All services are delivered based on the scope, timeline and deliverables mutually agreed upon in a proposal, quotation, or written agreement before the project begins.
Any changes to the agreed scope after a project has started may affect the timeline and cost, and will be discussed and confirmed with the client separately before being carried out.
Payment Terms
Payments are made as per the schedule confirmed at the time of project confirmation, typically as an advance payment followed by milestone-based or completion-based payments, as specified in the invoice or agreement.
Work on a project begins only after the agreed advance payment has been received. All prices and payment terms are confirmed in writing before work commences.
Additional Features & Extra Charges
Our quotation covers only the features and scope discussed and agreed upon at the time of quoting. If a client requests any new feature or functionality that was not part of the original quotation, it will be treated as additional work and charged separately, on a per-feature basis, before it is taken up.
No Refund Policy
Once work on a project has commenced, any payment already made is non-refundable, regardless of the stage of completion at the time of cancellation.
If a client chooses to discontinue a service after work has started, any remaining unpaid milestones will not be charged, but amounts already paid will not be returned.
Refunds, where applicable, are only considered for cancellations made before work has begun, and are granted at the sole discretion of Nosh Infotech.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, timely feedback, and any content, credentials or assets needed to complete the project. Delays caused by late feedback or missing information may affect the delivery timeline and are not the responsibility of Nosh Infotech.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any project at any stage if it is found to involve illegal activity, and in such cases, no refund will be issued for work already carried out.
